Years of Service Certificates — For the Milestones Worth a Wall Frame

The structured-program reality

Most HR teams running a service-award program work on a fixed schedule: 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, and 30-year milestones, recognized through a small batch of certificates each quarter. The schedule is predictable; the people are not. In a given quarter you might have one 30-year employee, three 10-year employees, and a single 5-year hire all needing a certificate timed to their hire-date anniversary.

Our setup is built for exactly this rhythm. You don't have to commit to a contract, you don't have to forecast a year in advance, and you don't have to subscribe to a recognition platform. You order what you need each quarter — five certificates, twenty certificates, whatever the program calls for — and it ships in a single batch, individually customized for each recipient.

The bulk-order workflow

For multi-recipient orders, the workflow is straightforward:

1. Build a list of recipients with their names, milestones (5 years, 10 years, etc.), and any specific dates that should appear on the certificate. Spreadsheet, CSV, or a clean list pasted into a notes field — any format works on our end.
2. Submit through the Custom Order flow with the list and any branding requirements (company logo, custom message, signature files you have permission to use).
3. A designer reviews the list and sends back a single digital proof representing the design and a few sample personalizations.
4. You approve the proof. The full batch ships together via free Standard USPS in 5–7 business days, or faster at checkout.

No per-recipient proofing back-and-forth, no platform login, no contract. Volume orders are handled per-quote — request one through the form on this page.

Quarterly cadence vs. monthly

We don't offer a monthly subscription. The reason is practical: most service-award programs distribute certificates around the recipient's hire-date anniversary, not on a strict monthly schedule. Quarterly batching lets you cover three months of upcoming anniversaries in one order, with one design proof, one shipment, and one internal touchpoint. Monthly batching multiplies the operational overhead for the same outcome.

Teams that have tried both formats almost always settle on quarterly. If your specific program requires monthly issuance for some reason, mention it in the form notes and we'll accommodate.
