Certificates sit at the low end because the layouts are lighter and the finishing steps are simpler. High school documents sit in the middle — widely requested, straightforward layouts, common in our production queue.

The same three-tier structure applies to every product, so the only pricing decision you make at checkout is digital vs physical vs bundle.

Standard USPS shipping (5–7 business days) is free on every physical and bundle order going to a US address — no minimum, no hidden handling fee, no surcharge for secondary addresses. If you need it sooner, you can pick a faster carrier at checkout: USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days, +$20), UPS 2-Day (2 business days, +$25), or UPS Next Day (1 business day, +$40).

International shipping is billed separately. If you need delivery outside the US, contact us with your address and we will quote shipping by carrier.

Custom diploma and custom transcript orders share the specialty tier pricing above. A custom order begins with a reference image uploaded to our designer. Once our team builds your layout, you receive a preview, request any revisions, and approve the design before printing begins. Custom work adds a designer review step before production; turnaround depends on the complexity of the reference and how quickly revisions are approved.

A replacement ordered from a university registrar typically runs $30–$100 plus four-to-eight weeks of processing. That is the correct path when you need an officially issued document for employment, enrollment, licensing, or any government process. A DiplomaCraft replica is a different product for a different purpose: display, keepsake, replacement, prop. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Digital files, once accessed, are not refundable — the file has been delivered at that point. Physical orders can be adjusted or cancelled before production begins; once your document is printing, the cost of materials has been incurred.
