Digital delivery gives you an instant high-resolution PDF file that you can download and print at home or at a print shop. Physical delivery means we print your document professionally — diplomas and certificates on premium heavyweight acid-free parchment paper with gold seals, transcripts on premium bright white paper — then ship it free to any US address in protective packaging. The bundle option includes both for a discounted price.
Yes. All physical orders ship free within the United States via USPS. Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is included at no additional cost and includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Our free shipping applies to US orders. International shipping may be available for certain destinations — please contact our support team at support@diplomacraft.com to inquire about shipping to your country. International orders may have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times.

Depending on the document type, you can customize the institution name, graduate or recipient name, degree or certificate type, major or field of study, graduation date, courses and grades (for transcripts), GPA (auto-calculated), and various other fields. Our document maker shows all available options for each template.
Custom orders are for when you need something beyond our standard templates. You submit a detailed form with your requirements, upload reference images if available, and choose extras like gold seals or frames. Our professional designers then create a document to your exact specifications. You receive a digital proof for approval before printing.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Digital documents that have been downloaded are generally non-refundable since the product has been delivered. For physical orders, we can issue a refund if the request is made before the document ships. If you receive a physical product with a defect, we will reprint and reship at no charge.
