How Order Tracking Works
Enter the email address you used during checkout and we will send you a secure, time-limited link to view all orders associated with that address. The link is valid for a limited time to protect your privacy. You do not need an account to track your orders — guest checkout customers can use this page at any time.
Once you open the tracking link, you can see the current status of each order, view your order details, and download your digital documents if they are ready. For physical orders, you will also find your USPS tracking number once your document has been printed and shipped. All physical orders ship free within the United States and are printed on premium heavyweight acid-free parchment paper with gold seals.
