1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DiplomaCraft website located at diplomacraft.com (the "Site"), placing any order, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site and the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Nature of Products and Services

DiplomaCraft produces novelty, replica, and replacement documents including, but not limited to, diplomas, transcripts, certificates, and custom documents (collectively, "Products"). All Products are clearly intended as novelty items and are produced for lawful purposes only, including but not limited to:

  • Personal display and decorative use
  • Replacement copies for documents that have been lost, damaged, or destroyed
  • Movie, television, theater, and other entertainment productions and props
  • Gag gifts, pranks, and novelty purposes
  • Motivational and aspirational display
  • Stage performances and cosplay

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Our Products are NOT official, government-issued, accredited, or verified academic documents. They are NOT issued by or affiliated with any educational institution, accrediting body, school, college, university, or government agency. Our Products should NOT be used to misrepresent one's actual academic achievements, qualifications, or credentials to any person, institution, employer, government entity, or any other party for any purpose.

DiplomaCraft does not claim, represent, or imply that its Products are genuine academic documents or that they carry any form of academic accreditation or official recognition. The term "replica" as used throughout this Site refers to a novelty reproduction that resembles the general format of an academic document and does not imply any official status, authenticity, or verification.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Legal Compliance

By placing an order with DiplomaCraft, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You will use the Products exclusively for lawful purposes as described in Section 2 of these Terms.
  • You will NOT use, present, or attempt to use any Product as a genuine, official, or accredited academic document for the purpose of gaining employment, admission to an educational institution, professional licensure, certification, immigration benefit, financial benefit, or any other benefit or advantage that requires authentic academic credentials.
  • You will NOT use any Product to commit fraud, misrepresentation, identity fraud, forgery, or any other illegal act under applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • You understand that the misuse of novelty documents may constitute a criminal offense in many jurisdictions, including but not limited to charges of fraud, forgery, falsifying business records, and identity theft, and that you alone bear full legal responsibility for any such misuse.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of novelty replica documents.
  • All information you provide to DiplomaCraft in connection with your order (including your name, email address, and payment information) is accurate and truthful.

VIOLATION OF THESE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER WITHOUT REFUND, PERMANENT SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, AND REFERRAL OF THE MATTER TO THE APPROPRIATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

4. Ordering Process

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase a Product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspicion of fraud, or suspicion of intended misuse.

An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order if we subsequently determine that the order violates these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process — including names, dates, institutions, degree titles, courses, grades, and any other details — is accurate. DiplomaCraft produces documents exactly as specified by the Customer. We do not verify, validate, or authenticate any information you provide, nor are we responsible for typographical errors, incorrect spelling, or any other inaccuracies resulting from information supplied by you.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that pricing information displayed on the Site is accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. DiplomaCraft does not store, have access to, or process your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order. All sales are final except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Digital Delivery: Digital Products are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Digital delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address.

Physical Delivery: Physical Products are printed on premium heavyweight acid-free parchment paper and shipped via USPS within the United States. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is free on all US orders. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. DiplomaCraft is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the Customer, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders: We currently ship physical orders within the United States only. Digital delivery is available worldwide.

Bundle Delivery: Bundle orders include both digital and physical delivery. The digital component is delivered first (typically instantly), and the physical component follows according to the selected shipping method.

Risk of loss for physical Products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@diplomacraft.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders are produced by our design team based on your specifications and reference materials. The custom order process includes a proof approval step. You will receive a digital proof for your review before the document is finalized. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and request any changes before approving.

Once you approve a proof, the document is considered final. We will not accept claims for errors that were present in the approved proof. Minor revisions during the proof process are included; however, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for extensive changes that materially alter the scope of the original order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, software, templates, and the DiplomaCraft name and logo, are the exclusive property of DiplomaCraft or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from this Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law for personal, non-commercial use.

DiplomaCraft does not claim ownership of any trademarks, trade names, logos, or other intellectual property belonging to any educational institution. Any such marks referenced in Product creation are done so solely at the Customer's request and direction. The Customer represents and warrants that their use of such marks is lawful.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIPLOMACRAFT, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "DIPLOMACRAFT PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or the Services;
  • Any Products purchased or obtained through the Site;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Site;
  • Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Products resulting from information provided by you;
  • Any misuse of Products by you or any third party.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE DIPLOMACRAFT PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DIPLOMACRAFT FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the DiplomaCraft Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way related to:

  • Your use of the Site, the Services, or any Product;
  • Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation or alleged violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rights of any third party;
  • Any misrepresentation made by you;
  • Any misuse or unauthorized use of any Product by you or any person to whom you provide or make available a Product.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, THE SERVICES, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DIPLOMACRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. DIPLOMACRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

DIPLOMACRAFT MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING NOVELTY ITEMS AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR USE.

12. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions set forth elsewhere in these Terms, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Use any Product for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose;
  • Present any Product to an employer, educational institution, government agency, licensing board, financial institution, or any other entity as a genuine credential;
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Product or the Services without our express written permission;
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other technology to access or interact with the Site in an unauthorized manner;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, any accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site;
  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or the Services;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten DiplomaCraft employees, contractors, or other customers.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at support@diplomacraft.com. If informal resolution is not successful within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, to be conducted in the State of Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DiplomaCraft with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and DiplomaCraft relating to the Services.
